    Jordan Birnbaum’s broad experiences in entrepreneurial leadership have provided him unique insights into human motivation and behavior that, combined with a natural talent for applied behavioral science, have made him a recognized leader in his field.

    Jordan is Managing Director of Jordan Birnbaum Consulting, LLC, which specializes in the application of behavioral science in the realms of leadership, HR, sales, marketing, and strategy.

    Previously Jordan was Chief Operating Officer at BEESY, Inc., a behavioral-science-based market research firm. Jordan recruited and onboarded a 50% growth in staff, automated operations, and drove high levels of engagement and customer satisfaction through a heavy project roster.

    Previously Jordan was VP, Chief Behavioral Economist for ADP, where he created Compass, HR Tech's 2017 Product of the Year. Compass drove leadership development at scale through applied behavioral science, improving scores an average of 10% for thousands of leaders. Jordan was one of ADP's top-rated speakers, authors and trainers.

  • Cody Isabel

    Brain Scientist & Entrepreneur.

    Cody is a serial entrepreneur in the AI & Mental Health space. He has a degree in Cognitive Behavioral Neuroscience and training in IFS Psychotherapy.

    He is the Founder & CEO of Mind Brain Body Lab, a Mental Health AI company that focuses on bringing successful treatment outcomes to those healing from Complex PTSD after intimate partner violence, domestic violence, and burnout.

    He uses AI/ML algorithms to analyze the biometric & behavioral data he collects from his clients to aid in the treatments he provides them.

    This data also helps Mind, Brain, Body Lab research how trauma affects the mind, brain & body, and the best ways to heal the damage it does using technologies like AI, Machine Learning, and Biometrics Devices.

    His mission is to provide better ways to objectively measure, diagnose, and treat individual mental health conditions.

  • Karlie Jessop

    Karlie has 20 years of experience working in Sales, Marketing, Sales/Revenue Operations, and Customer Success for Fortune 100s like Xerox and ADP, and almost 10 years of wins and learnings in the startup world as well. Her expertise is in B2B, and particularly solutions for the HR space. With a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Karlie is able to bring together strong commercial strategy and sound financial decisions, but also loves getting into the weeds to find the signals in the noise across the commercial function.

    Karlie's passion for mental health support and advocacy stems from her own COVID experience, as well as that of those she loves - she believes quality and affordable treatment and support for all must be normalized in order for us to thrive as a society.

  • Dr. Janis Whitlock

    Developmental Psychologist, Researcher, and Consultant.

    Janis Whitlock is a developmental psychologist, researcher, and consultant. She is emerita research faculty at Cornell University and the founder and director of the Cornell Research Program on Self-Injury and Recovery. She retired in 2022 so she could dedicate her time to actively supporting youth-serving organizations in direct and effective application of knowledge.

    Her four-decade career includes direct service, program development, and evaluation in the area of women’s and youth sexual health followed by 25 years of direct research in areas related to youth mental health and wellbeing.

    She focuses on using strength-based approaches, including resilience and connectedness to understand and support social and emotional health and has conducted research in the areas of connectedness and belonging, non-suicidal self-injury, suicide prevention, and the relationship between technology use and youth wellbeing.

    She is the author of numerous publications and is co-author of the book, Healing self-injury: A compassionate guide for parents and other loved ones and co-editor of the upcoming volume, Oxford handbook on non-suicidal self-injury. She is also the founder and director of the Self-Injury and Recovery Resources website which houses resources for individuals with self-injury experience, youth serving professionals, and caregivers, among others. Dr. Whitlock is dedicated to helping youth, families and larger communities thrive.
